Accessibility Statement

ASA Accessibility Solutions is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible.

Introduction

Last updated: 5 June 2026

This statement covers the ASA Accessibility Solutions website and the online review request form. Our aim is to provide a clear, accessible experience for people using a wide range of browsers, devices, keyboard input methods and assistive technologies.

We use recognised accessibility practices, including WCAG Level AA principles and the EN 301 549 standard where relevant, to guide how we design, build, test and maintain this website.

How This Website Supports Accessibility

Keyboard access

Pages are structured with landmarks, headings, skip navigation, visible focus styles and keyboard-operable links, controls and forms.

Readable presentation

The site includes text preference controls for font size and readable font settings, with layouts designed to remain usable when text is enlarged.

Assistive technology support

We use semantic HTML, labels, accessible names and status messages so screen readers and other assistive technologies can understand the content.

Accessibility Compliance

We design the site to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

  • Text alternatives are provided for meaningful images and controls.
  • Content uses heading structure, lists and landmarks to support scanning and screen reader navigation.
  • Interactive elements are designed to be operable without a mouse.
  • Forms use visible labels, required field indicators and accessible status messaging.
  • Colour is not used as the only way to communicate important information.
  • Motion and reading preferences are kept restrained and user-controlled.

Ongoing Monitoring

Accessibility is maintained as part of the website delivery process, not treated as a one-off exercise.

Automated accessibility checks are included in browser tests.

Keyboard navigation and form submission are covered by Playwright tests.

Content, images and forms are reviewed when new pages or features are added.

Issues raised by users are triaged and prioritised for correction.

Known Limitations

We are not currently aware of any major accessibility barriers on this website. We will update this statement if we identify a material limitation or if users report an issue that affects their ability to use the site.

If a document, third-party service or embedded asset is not accessible, we will provide an alternative format or practical support where reasonably possible.
